On September 6, 2007, Dr. David Weiss, President and CEO of Weiss International Ltd will be speaking at the RNG Recruitment Conference on the topic of "Employment Branding: Strategy or Fad." The presentation describes how many executive leaders have expressed concern with the apparent leadership talent gap that exists currently in their organizations and the anticipated gap they forecast for the future. One HR response has been to focus on building an employment brand that would contribute to attracting new talent and retaining existing key talent in their organizations.
