On July 11, 2007, Dr. David Weiss, President and CEO of Weiss International Ltd and Ilan Birnfeld, Managing Director of Deloitte Israel co-presented on the topic of "A Call To Action: Closing The Leadership Gap" for the executive alumni of the Technion Institute of Management in Tel Aviv. Many executive leaders have expressed great concern with the apparent leadership talent gaps that exist in their organizations. They also are concerned that current leadership approaches focus almost entirely on developing personal attributes at the expense of other important business and strategic facets of leadership.
